Zion Testing Ma’anit Well

In his July 1 letter to shareholders, Zion Oil & Gas CEO Richard Rinberg wrote that Zion was planning to test the Ma’anit-Joseph #3 well in spite of disappointing wire-log reports. Based on the wire log data, Rinberg reported, “there is little chance that the Ma’anit-Joseph #3 well contains hydrocarbons in commercial quantities.”
The reason Zion decided to move forward with physically testing the well is that during drilling they experienced “significant natural gas shows.” The gas, according to Rinberg, pushed past the heavy drilling mud, indicating that it,”appears to be under relatively high pressure at depth.” Testing the well will determine exactly where the natural gas is coming from and whether there’s enough of it to make the Ma-anit-Joseph #3 a commercial well. Testing the well will also give Zion greater insight into the geology of their surrounding license area and may help them determine where to drill next.
When I first read Rinberg’s letter I was tempted to be a bit dis-heartened by the phrase describing the wire-log interpretation, “there is little chance” of a commercial discovery. But then I remembered another letter, one written to the Hebrew people about 2,000 years ago; it listed the heroes of old and the faith that allowed them to persevere in spite of the current technology telling them. “there is little chance.”
- There was ‘little chance’ that a worldwide flood would destroy every living thing that wasn’t packed in Noah’s boat.
- There was ‘little chance’ that Abraham, at 100 years old, and Sarah, at 90, would have a child.
- There was ‘little chance’ that Isaac’s life would be spared by an angel and a ram caught by his horns in a thicket.
- There was ‘little chance’ that a slave child with a death warrant on his head would be spared, raised in Pharaoh’s household, and exiled to the desert 40 years would lead his people out of slavery and into a Promised Land.
- There was ‘little chance’ that a rag-tag group of pilgrims marching around Jericho could make the city’s walls fall down.
- There was little chance that Gideon’s 300 men could rout an army of hundreds of thousand Midianites.
- There was little chance a skinny 17 year-old kid could kill a fully armored Philistine warrior giant with a sling shot.
I could go on … Hebrew history is full of heroes who were given ‘little chance’. What was the one thing they had in common that far outweighed ‘little chance’ of success? Faith.
“Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. This is what the ancients were commended for.” (Hebrews 11:1)
Faith doesn’t come from wire-log data; it comes from the One Who does what He promises. I’m looking forward to test results.
I say AMEN and believe that it is not by might nit by power but by the Spirit that the lord accomplishes His work .He has said FAITH can achieve all things.I am 100% sure the well be FRUITFUL In JESUS most precious name we Pray.

I believe with all my heart that this well is sitting on large quantities of natural gas and oil, but it will come forth when ALMiGHTY GOD is ready. Not just because we desire it to flow. HE will shake the earth when it is time.

I figure if ZN is going to spend $2.5 million to test for natural gas in a well that wire-logging says has little chance of finding commercial hydrocarbons, then the gas shows must be very compelling. I look forward to them re-drilling Elijah 3. I have a feeling that location is more likely to have some oil, based on past exploration findings of the area that you’ve previously mentioned.

God is in control. I love the fact that you are believing God instead of reports. Maybe God is seeing how many of us will still look to Him, even with a bad report. He loves to provide a way where there is no way. He will see you through the water, when you pass through the rivers, when you walk through the fire, He will be with you. Isaiah 43.2-3. I still believe that there is oil, He just wants to see how many of us believe Him, He wants to see faith, He wants the kind of faith that took Jericho, we need to all thank Him for the oil that is in the very ground that we are speaking of. The demons need to let go of the oil, it’s our inheritence, Satan has no right to put his hands on what belongs to God’s people. My prayer is that you will not get discouraged, remember the anointing flows from the top down, so you need to praise and we will praise Him too. God is not a liar, He will come through for Zion Oil, He just want us to believe. And we believe. Cry out for justice!!!
I pray for Israel Zion, at night this dream came to me, my mind was on Zion and Israel when I went to sleep, well in this dream I was looking up something like a car or truck, it was a undercariage of a vehicle and I saw a oil flowing, more like gushing down, like a gusher, like someone turn on the fire hydrant faucet. This was a month ago when this dream became to me. I have ever sense own ZN stocks, AVOGF, DLKGF, DK US Holdings,. I also had a dream before this last dream I just told you and this dream came a month an half ago. I was asking in prayer before sleeping, on widsom, I fell a sleep and I dreaming of all these scriptures flying by in front of my eyes in a gray dismal place and these scripture in white letters were flying by to fast to read, in my dream I ask God what scripture to you want me to see, than sudden one scripture slow down graduale and I read it and the scripture was ll Peter 1:19, to tell you the truth I did not know there was a scripture ll Peter 1:19 and I woke up and looked in the Bible and sure enough there was a 19, then I notice their were just 3 verses left in Chapter, and we all know God use the number three quiet often. He was telling me believe in my Prophet (Prophesies). ZN I have a spiritual feeling you are going to be amazed what God (Jesus) has stored in the spot right there. I get my pension in month of November(no job, I am Poor, I am in Jesus makes me a winner), maybe the true oil will come after, because I am investing largely in Israel Oil, God gives young men visions and old men dreams. God (Jesus) cannot lie, his promises cannot go undone, Jesus is the same yesterday, today, forever. Prayer for Zion: I pray for the Peace of Israel, and divine protection from all enemies, I pray for the faith of your Word, on the treasures that lie beneath the land of Israel, and the divine saftey of all ZION oil workers and all who are involved male and female who are in faith of God’s promise for this project to go smoothly and divine protection from all things.

This is just an interpretation that a TREASURE comes in a form of liquid pumpable oil. Natural Gas is also a Treasure.

these new development do create a bit of a problem for the ‘stock warrents’ that were proposed to be issued at $5.00 with the two additional stock at $3.50 with stock prices as they are at present could present a bit of a problem. I would suggest a stock warrent offer of $3.50 per share for every share owned, this would allow those supporting the program to buy in larger quanity in continued support of the program, for the company to raise needed funds. I do expect miracles, there is a timeline which means things will be moving forward faster than we can anticipate.. its going to be fun to watch and see what happens to make this happen…

I’ve worked a rig looking much like this one in my early years. Its pretty exciting, somewhat dangerous work. It sure would be something to be putting pipe in this well!
